I\u2019m happy to share that I\u2019ve been awarded VMware vExpert 2026<\/strong> \u2014 and this marks my 9th year<\/strong> in the vExpert program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re not familiar with it, vExpert is VMware\u2019s global advocacy program that recognizes people who consistently contribute to the community<\/strong> \u2014 through blogging, speaking, helping others, creating tools, sharing real-world lessons, and generally pushing knowledge forward. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why this still matters (even after 9 years)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The biggest value of the vExpert program isn\u2019t a badge \u2014 it\u2019s the people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every year I learn something new from community discussions, deep dives, and those \u201cwait\u2026 how did you solve that?\u201d moments that turn into better designs and cleaner operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s also a reminder that content doesn\u2019t need to be perfect to be useful. A short write-up of a tricky issue, a configuration note, a working Terraform\/Ansible example, or a hard-earned troubleshooting path can save someone hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
